Jones: Salah Apologises to Squad After Explosive Interview

In a surprising turn of events, Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones has revealed that Mohamed Salah has apologised to the squad for his part in the dispute with the club. The incident began when Salah stated in an interview that he had no relationship with head coach Arne Slot, following Liverpool’s 3-3 draw at Leeds United.

Slot has also spoken about the incident, stating that he will not distract Salah with any talk about Liverpool while the forward is at the Africa Cup of Nations. “I said last week that actions speak louder than words and we moved on,” Slot said. “He was in the squad and he was the first substitution I made.”
