Kappa Teams Up with Cruel Pancake for Nostalgic ‘Maestro of the Game’ Capsule

Italian sportswear giant Kappa has collaborated with streetwear label Cruel Pancake to create a limited-edition capsule collection that pays homage to the romance of 1990s and 2000s Italian football. The ‘Maestro of the Game’ capsule is a unique blend of retro football DNA and modern streetwear sensibilities.

The capsule consists of four unisex pieces, each carrying a strong retro football influence. The collection includes an oversized cream zip-up jacket with pink accents, reminiscent of Serie A training grounds from the past. The jacket is joined by a long-sleeved jersey with bold pink stripes, a co-branded logo, and the phrase “Maestro of the Game” emblazoned across the back.
A short-sleeved jersey follows, featuring white fabric and delicate pink pinstripes, while a pair of matching white-and-pink socks rounds off the set. The Maestro of the Game collection is extremely limited, with only one day available for purchase: October 4, via a pop-up at 118 Rue de Turenne, 75003 Paris.
